"User" / "Member" / "Player"

Any person who has registered on the 662bt platform and is using any of its services.

"Platform" / "Site"

The 662bt website, mobile version, and all associated digital channels through which services are provided.

"Game" / "Service"

All entertainment-based wagering activities including slots, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, cricket betting, and casino games.

"Account Balance"

The total amount of funds held in a member's account, which may include actual deposits and earned bonuses.

Registration Requirements

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Only one account may be opened per individual.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

662bt reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or similar document may be requested for verification. If verification is not completed satisfactorily, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

Password and Security

• Do not share your login details (username and password) with anyone.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Closing Your Account

Members may request to close their account at any time. Once the request is received, the available balance may be withdrawn. Any active bonus whose wagering requirements have not been met will be considered void.

Inactive Accounts

An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Members can reactivate their account by logging in again.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim the first deposit bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on (bonus amount × specified multiplier).
• If a member attempts to earn bonuses using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• 662bt reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, the decision of 662bt is final.

Betting Rules

• Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit.
• Bets cannot be amended or cancelled once placed (except where the relevant game rules allow).
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, 662bt will make the final decision regarding the bet.
• In sports betting, bets related to cancelled or rescheduled matches will be voided.

Disconnection and Technical Issues

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the server-side result of the game will be considered final. 662bt is not liable for losses caused by technical interruptions, however confirmed errors will be reviewed and resolved.

Game Errors and Incorrect Results

If incorrect results or prizes are displayed due to a software or data error, 662bt reserves the right to void that transaction. In such cases, only the original bet amount will be refunded.

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or hacking tools.
• Any manipulation intended to influence game outcomes.
• Collusion or syndicate play with other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean illegal funds.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error or vulnerability.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a person under 21 years of age.

• Members' personal information is protected through SSL encryption.
• Information is not sold or transferred to third parties.
• Information is not disclosed except under legal obligations or court orders.
• Members may request correction or deletion of their own information.

Communication Consent

By registering, members consent to receiving account-related notifications, promotional messages, and technical updates from 662bt. Promotional messages can be opted out of at any time.

Reasons for Temporary Suspension

• Failure to submit documents for identity verification.
• Detection of suspicious activity on the account.
• In cases of financial transactions under investigation.
• When self-exclusion or responsible gaming limits are active.

Reasons for Permanent Closure

• Involvement in any prohibited activity mentioned in Section 7.
• If registration using false information is proven.
• If operation of multiple accounts is confirmed.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

662bt's Limitation of Liability

662bt shall not be liable for the following losses under any circumstances:

• Losses caused by a member's internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with a member's own device or software.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions due to unavoidable causes (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives).
• Indirect losses of money won or lost through gaming.

662bt's Responsibilities

• Ensuring the security and fairness of the platform.
• Keeping members' personal and financial information secure.
• Safely holding deposited funds.
• Processing valid withdrawals once conditions are met.
• Providing support in Bengali 24/7.

Protective Tools

• Deposit Limits: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: A maximum time limit for continuous gaming can be set.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to voluntarily suspend your own account for a set period.
• Reality Check: Reminders about time spent gaming are shown at set intervals.

Right to Make Changes

662bt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Interpretation & Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises over the interpretation of any part of these terms, 662bt's interpretation will be considered final. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through our support team.
